PW Detox Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set forth the conditions for using "PW Detox" (the "Service") provided by unsignedk (the "Operator"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview of the Service

The Service stores passwords and other text entered by users ("Deposited Data") for a certain period and helps you retrieve it by making it viewable within the Service after the time you specify.

The Service does not guarantee account protection or recovery, security improvements, access control, or delivery/notification at an exact time.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You may deposit only information that you are authorized to use.

You must not deposit any third party account information, personal information, trade secrets, or any information that infringes rights or violates laws or regulations.

3. Account and Registration Information

You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and for properly managing your email address and other contact details.

The Operator is not responsible for damages arising from incorrect registration details, undelivered emails, or spam/blocked email settings.

4. Handling of Deposited Data

The Operator stores, processes, and transmits Deposited Data to the extent necessary to provide the Service.

The Operator does not guarantee the integrity, accuracy, confidentiality, retrievability, or loss prevention of Deposited Data.

You are responsible for managing and backing up Deposited Data as needed.

5. Prohibited Activities

You must not engage in any of the following:

Violating laws or public order and morals
Unauthorized access, impersonation, or depositing information without permission
Infringing the rights of others
Interfering with the operation of the Service
Using the Service to commit or facilitate crimes

6. Disclaimer

The Operator is not liable for damages arising from:

Service suspension, outages, maintenance, or network issues
Delays, non-delivery, or misdelivery of email notifications (e.g., account activation, password reset)
Loss, leakage, corruption, or irrecoverability of Deposited Data
User misconfiguration, input errors, or incorrect period selection
Events caused by third-party services, email delivery providers, or hosting providers
Any damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service

Even if the Operator is found liable for any reason, liability will be limited to direct and ordinary damages, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Operator.

7. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

The Operator may change, suspend, or terminate the Service without prior notice to users.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights in and to the programs, designs, texts, and other content related to the Service belong to the Operator or legitimate rights holders.

9. Changes to these Terms

The Operator may update these Terms as needed. Updated Terms take effect when posted on the Service or on another effective date specified by the Operator.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

Any dispute between you and the Operator arising out of or relating to the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court or summary court having jurisdiction over the Operator's principal place of business.
